Mapping connections
A-Place partners met up in Parckfarm, a project developed by Alive Architecture and Taktyk in a wasteland which was transformed into a new model of public space that combines the characteristics of a park and local micro-farming.
A guided tour through the park was led by Stephanie Bertel who has been involved with the Parckfarm since it started in 2014. The plants are grown by the community, and there is a bread oven, sports facilities and a honeycomb. Parckfarm is an example of how to build a community and a place.
Activities
Partners engaged in the collaborative construction of a visual map representing the links between partners through the activities and work carried out until then.
Objectives
To collaboretively reproduce the links between places and partners and identify the connections between the various placemaking activities and strategies unfolded during the first three years of the project..
